I've had the privilege of working with clients from their mid-twenties to their sixties, each coming in as a unique individual with different struggles that they're hoping to find some clarity on through therapy. Sometimes the reason is clear and specific – a bereavement, heartbreak, loneliness, or addiction. Just as often, though, it's simply a feeling that things aren't quite right, or recognising certain patterns without knowing the answers behind them.

Therapy is a space to make room for that complexity of being human — a space where you can explore what you're feeling and begin to make sense of the experiences that have shaped you. My training is rooted in person-centred therapy, while my own experience as a client has taught me a great deal about unlearning childhood conditioning. My practice is therefore a mixture of both – client-led, while also looking at repeated patterns to help you understand yourself a little better.

To me, therapy is a collaborative journey. While I will most probably not have the answers to what you’re going through, sometimes a question from an outside perspective, or a listening ear that isn't rushing to interpret your feelings, could be what helps untangle the knots that feel stuck.

If any of this resonates with you, feel free to get in touch to find out more or arrange a free 15-minute initial consultation!
