Please note that WLCPS operates a referral service. The lead therapist, Gareth Sammer, manages and allocates incoming website enquiries to independent therapists in the London area and receives payment from those therapists for successful referrals.

We collect basic contact details (name, email, phone, postcode, and enquiry details) via website forms, and more detailed clinical, demographic, and medical background information during telephone contact or treatment.
2. How We Store Your Personal Information
We protect your data using secure systems across paper records (locked cabinets), password-protected computers and laptops, mobile devices, professional email accounts (Zoho and Gmail), and secure Google Drive backups managed by Gareth Sammer.
3. How We Process and Share Your Information
Your details are never sold for marketing. Information is shared strictly for matching you with a therapist, managing boundary disclosures, clinical supervision (identifiable details omitted), therapeutic wills, and statutory disclosures to law enforcement or emergency services when safety is at risk.
4. Data Retention and Erasure
Clinical & Contact Records: Retained for up to 4 years post-therapy or last contact.
Mobile Contacts: Erased within 4 weeks of your final session.
Erasure Requests: Must be made to both WLCPS and your individual matched therapist.
5. Your Legal Rights
You hold rights to be informed, access your data, rectify inaccuracies, withdraw consent, and request erasure under UK law. Contact Gareth Sammer or your independent therapist to exercise these rights.
