Here at West London Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy Services, we separate your treatment into 4 one hour stop smoking hypnotherapy sessions. This allows us to monitor your progress between each session and gives us the opportunity to fine tune each treatment to give you the maximum chance of quitting for good. As with any hypnotherapy treatment, we begin with a consultation so we can find out more about your issues around smoking. This allows us to personalise the hypnosis to your specific needs. It is also a great chance to discuss how hypnotherapy works and to answer any questions you may have. After the consultation, if you choose to go ahead, we can book you in for your main sessions. We also provide you with a Stop Smoking information pack filled with psychological exercises designed to help you consciously reinforce the work we do in hypnosis and a smoking cessation hypnosis download after the third session to use at home to help reinforce those new and healthy habits you have formed.
Each session will be personalised to your needs but will generally focus on the following areas:
Session 1 - Setting the subconscious mind on the healthy path
Session 2 - Reprogramming the subconscious mind
Session 3 - Focussing on a healthy future
Session 4 - Aversion to smoking
The treatment comes with a guarantee that if you haven't quit smoking completely within 4 weeks of session 4**, you are guaranteed a free consultation and a 60 minute top up hypnosis sessions to help identify and resolve any other issues which may still be present.
