My integrative, client-centred approach offers the flexibility to find a pace and way of working that feels beneficial for you. Drawing from different perspectives, I tailor each session to your needs, creating a supportive space where you can explore, process, and grow at your own rhythm.
Together, we can connect with your inner wisdom — observing with compassion what’s happening, where it may come from, and how you might move forward.
I’m a BACP-registered therapist based in Ealing, West London (W5), offering in-person and online sessions in English and Brazilian Portuguese, either short-term or ongoing. I welcome clients who wish to explore areas such as:
The connection between body and mind
Diversity (culture, race, gender, sexuality)
Trauma and intergenerational experiences
The transpersonal
Psychedelic integration
Psychosexual challenges
Loss and grief
My core training is in Psychosynthesis Counselling, which views challenges as opportunities for growth. I also hold certificates in Psychosexual Therapy (COSRT Level 5) and Coaching.
I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds in teaching, mental health support, and complementary therapies in the UK and abroad, as well as with The Psychosynthesis Trust, Ealing Abbey Counselling Services, and a mental health charity.
