I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in advanced training at the Metanoia Institute. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and offer support for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma and relationship troubles. My style is rooted in curiosity, respect, and an appropriate degree of challenge.
I aim to create a safe, empathic and non-judgemental environment that will allow us to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours. My theoretical framework is Transactional Analysis, which considers the way we relate to the people in our lives. I also draw on principles of Gestalt and Jungian psychoanalysis and work with dreams, daydreams and fantasy.
