My therapeutic approach is rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA), a gentle yet powerful way of exploring how your childhood experiences have shaped the person you are today, and how you interact with the people in your life. I believe that therapy should always be a non-judgmental, secure, and respectful space. At the very heart of my practice is the relationship we build together—one based on complete equality, collaboration, and your unique commitment to growth.
As a relational therapist, my first priority is to truly understand your world. Together, we will build a supportive, strengthening, and enlivening connection that allows you to safely explore your thoughts and feelings. Because TA is so versatile, it is wonderfully effective for both short-term and long-term therapy, whether you are coming as an individual or as part of a couple.
Working with couples is a significant part of my practice. Having trained extensively with renowned expert Mark Widdowson, I blend deep empathy and compassion with practical, behavioural tools to help partners navigate difficulties, communicate better, and create lasting change.
I fundamentally believe that looking after your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical body. Therapy is a beautiful way to nurture yourself, recognise your true self-worth, and ultimately achieve your full potential. I look forward to welcoming you and working alongside you.
