I drawn on Relational Transactional Analysis (TA), my own lived experience and my background as a facilitator, coach and story teller to help you explore the personal stories or “Scripts” you tell yourself and the world.
When these stories stop serving you, therapy can help. Together we will discover what makes you who you are, integrate the challenging parts of your experience and find a new balance in a space that feels safe enough to rewrite your story. You matter always.
