As a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space in which an authentic dialogue and relationship with clients can develop. I strive to remain curious, respectful and to have a non-judgmental approach to their experience of being in the world.
I work with clients from all walks of life and I draw on my professional and life experience to meet them where they are and how they are as they explore therapy. I support them to identify their needs and how to best meet them by deepening awareness of their sense of self and worth.
At the beginning of our work, we will inquire into the expectations and aims of therapy on which the client wishes to focus. During our sessions, we may look into any unfinished business and historic relational templates which may affect the present and re-enact painful patterns.
I encourage my clients to be curious and explore their sense of embodiment as well as their cognitive processes. I firmly believe in the sense of empowerment that awareness can lead to. I appreciate how significant coming to therapy can be and I feel honored and humbled by the opportunity of being part of my clients' life journey.
