I came into counselling after 15 years in the corporate world, where I saw how many people struggle quietly with stress, pressure, and feeling misunderstood. That experience shaped the way I work today - grounded, warm and compassionate.
I trained at the Metanoia Institute in London, completing a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling. My main areas of focus are neurodivergence (ADHD and autism) and trauma, and I also support clients with anxiety, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low self-esteem and major life transitions. I work in a relational, person-centered way, offering a calm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down and feel genuinely heard.
In sessions with me, you don’t need to arrive with the “right” words or a clear plan. We take time to understand what you’re carrying and make sense of it together, at a pace that feels safe for you.
Alongside my counselling practice, I am also a qualified sound healing practitioner and offer sound healing sessions as part of my wider work in wellbeing. If you’d like to see whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute initial conversation.
