Welcome and congratulations on taking the first step towards seeking support, either for yourself or a loved one. Whether you're facing emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, loss, or anger management, cognitive difficulties such as confusion, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or dwelling on the past, or behavioural issues like relationship conflicts, addictive behaviours, or self-destructive tendencies, I'm here to help.

As a clinician working in the field of mental health and wellbeing more than 15 years, I began my journey with a BA degree in psychology and then evolved my practice and specialised in art psychotherapy. I offer personalized sessions tailored to your unique needs. My approach integrates psychodynamic, analytic, and behavioural methodologies to create a safe, confidential, and nurturing space for your journey towards healing and growth.

Art therapy offers unique benefits. Through the creative process, individuals can express thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to articulate verbally. Art therapy can facilitate self-exploration, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness and insight. It can also foster emotional resilience, improve communication skills, and encourage personal growth and transformation.

I provide both face-to-face and online sessions. Face-to-face sessions take place in Chiswick, while online sessions are available from the comfort of your own space. Online sessions are priced at £50, while face-to-face sessions are priced at £70. Sessions are available in both Turkish and English, ensuring accessibility for all. Taking this step towards seeking support is commendable, and I'm here to provide you with the understanding, compassion, and respect you deserve on your journey towards healing.
