I am an Art Psychotherapist (MA Art Psychotherapy, BA Psychology) offering both online and face-to-face sessions. My practice is grounded in creativity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Having worked across adult, child, and adolescent community settings, as well as in schools and hospitals, I have had the chance to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, borderline personality disorder.
I offer individual sessions, couples work, and parent-child dyadic sessions.
Art psychotherapy looks different for everyone. Sessions are always adapted to your needs and preferences - some may involve more talking, others more art-making. The creative process simply provides another pathway into expression, exploration, and healing.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and I offer in-person appointments in Chiswick, Kensington, and Ealing, depending on what is most accessible for you.
