I believe that one of the most powerful things we can offer another person is genuine empathy - the experience of feeling truly heard, understood and accepted without judgement. This is at the heart of the way I work. I offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly without feeling that you need to edit yourself or be who somebody else expects you to be. I want to understand your experiences from your perspective.

My approach is integrative and CBT-informed, which means I adapt therapy to the individual rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. Together, we can explore experiences, relationships, thoughts and patterns that may be affecting you, while also developing practical strategies that can help you move forward.

I work with adults and young people across a wide range of emotional and relationship difficulties, and I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. My  background of more than 15 years across education, mentoring and SEN has given me a strong understanding of the pressures and challenges facing young people. Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what you want to change. We can start wherever you are, with empathy, understanding and non-judgement, and work from there. Contact me today for more information or to book an initial session.
