Stop Smoking - Reprogramming the mind

This script works by helping the client to visualise the mind as a huge computer system which they can reprogram.  By visualising deleting out their current way of being and inputting new ways of being, they are helped to change their behaviours in those situations in the future. 

As with all my scripts, it is important to personalise this for each individual client.  You need to find out the times, places and situations when they are more prone to smoking, the thoughts, feelings and beliefs they encounter at those times and what other healthy options they can choose instead.  E.g. if a client smokes due to stress, find out when that stress is at it's highest and what healthy options they have to combat it, e.g. taking exercise, yoga, deep breathing, etc.
