My approach is rooted in an honest, compassionate, and open dialogue. It is also fully trauma-informed, supported by my recent advanced training in Somatic Trauma Therapy. Over my seven years of clinical experience, I have walked alongside clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
